Trans Day of Remembrance Vigil

Recognised internationally on November 20th each year, Trans Day of Remembrance commemorates trans lives lost in acts of transphobia, discrimination and violence.

Join us in a night of community solidarity and resilience as we light a candle, say their names, celebrate our strength in the face of ongoing discrimination and commit to fighting for a safer and more inclusive world.

We invite trans and gender diverse folk to share a speech, music, poetry or art at the vigil in acknowledgment of trans solidarity. Express your interest by emailing info@saraa.org.au.

The community vigil is an all ages, smoke free event.

This event is proudly hosted by TransMascSA, TransFemmeSA and South Australian Rainbow Advocacy Alliance.
