Whilst many of the events at Feast Festival are free, you will need to secure your place by booking. Some events have capacity restrictions, and this will allow event organisers to provide a better experience, knowing how many guests to expect. You can secure your place online in the same way you would book a regular ticket. No fees apply for ticketed-free events.
Venues and Event Organisers reserve the right to admit latecomers only if there is a suitable moment in the performance. Management reserves the right to refuse admission; this policy is to prevent disruption to other patrons and the performance. Refunds will not be permitted in this circumstance. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes prior to the event start time, to avoid disappointment.
No Exchanges are available unless required by law in accordance with the Live Performance Australia (LPA) Ticketing Code of Practice
No refunds are available unless a performance is cancelled, re-scheduled or significantly re-located (and you cannot or do not wish to attend the re-scheduled or relocated event), or in accordance with the Live Performance Australia (LPA) Ticketing Code of Practice.
Refunds for tickets will be refunded to the card originally charged at time of purchase.
Upon entry to a venue or event, ticketholders agree to be captured by photography or video for promotional use of Feast Festival. It is also a condition of entry to an event that no recording or photographic devices are used, including mobile phones, which must be switched to silent or off prior to the start of the event.
Content warnings and age restriction levels are listed on each event and have been provided by the event organiser. Feast Festival will not be held responsible for event organisers incorrectly assigning the appropriate classifications.
When you book or attend an event at Feast Festival, you are agreeing that the content warnings and event classifications are suitable for you and everyone attending/viewing with you.
Every effort has been made to ensure program details are correct, however details and prices are subject to change where necessary and without notice.
If the cost of an event has changed to a lower price, refunds in the difference will not be offered to existing ticketholders.
