Event Registrations are now OPEN!

Feast Festival is an open access festival meaning anybody can register an event. Whether you’re an artist, producer or event organiser, who wants to showcase and celebrate queer arts and culture, you’re welcomed at Feast!

Building upon the successful registration platform introduced during the 2023 Feast Festival, we are delighted to announce we will continue to use Eventotron for a streamlined registration process. This registration process allows you to have the venue selection process, billing, and ticketing information all in one place.

Choosing to be a part of Feast Festival is more than just ‘putting on a show’… Feast offers a platform for those with lived experiences to express themselves through art, performance and events, sharing their work with a large and diversified audience.

Many can use Feast as an opportunity to ‘test out’ new work on audiences open to experimental and unconventional performances.

Feast Festival brings together a diverse mix of LGBTQIA+ artists, performers, communities and audiences. We are a celebration of Queer Arts and Culture in South Australia and we want you to be a part of it!

Feast is committed to increasing our support and opportunities for our event organisers every year. We’ve been working hard on solutions inspired by the feedback from those who participated in the 2024 Festival.

We’re dedicated to providing you with the tools and opportunities to thrive during the festival and beyond.

In 2025 we are also offering:

  • Registration Subsidies: Your registration fee subsidised thanks to the support of participating councils.
  • Paid Performance Opportunities: At both the Feast Hub; the Festival’s buzzing central space – a curated precinct with special community events, programmed shows, and pop-up food offerings spanning two incredible weekends, and The Feast Festival Gayla; a curated variety show full of SA’s best queer talent
  • Marketing & Promotion: Opportunities for increased exposure through radio and sponsor-led ticket campaigns, custom workshops, and inclusion in Feast PR Campaign
  • SA Power Networks Regional Grant: 10 x $500 grants available if you’re delivering your event in regional SA!

To be a part of Feast Festival, you’ll need to pay a registration fee. The fee will be payable at the end of completing your registration and is required in order to finalise your event listing.

Fees vary based on the size of the listing you want published in the printed program (27cm X 19.5cm festival guide).

Your event listing with Feast Festival gives you more real estate to show off your beautiful image and compelling copy! You will have the following options:
