About the presenter: Eerie Events

Eerie Events is a local Adelaide/Kaurna Land based producing team, consisting of Evie Eerie and Mr. Eerie (aka. Alex), with a focus on burlesque events with an alternative edge.
Evie and Alex are used to the unusual, no strangers to the strange, nor are they strangers to the stage.
Evie is a proud queer, plus size and disabled burlesque performer, a theatre kid and horror movie fanatic, who has always been in love with the more macabre side of life.
Alex is an audio music tech guy who also dabbled in theatre, loves creepy art of any form, old junk, and putting out both metaphorical and literal fires.

The combination of their skills and passions is what brings you Eerie Events! With awards, applause and work on many shows between them, this creepy couple are here to make you scream!
Image Description: 8 different burlesque performers are dressed in various horror movie character costumes, their images are on top of a rainbow outline of a machete. Blood drips from below the machete and is splattered across a subtle dark rainbow background.

Feast Festival acknowledges that we gather, create and celebrate on the traditional lands of the Kaurna people.

We honour and respect queer First Nations communities, including Sistagirls and Brothaboys, and recognise the enduring connection between culture, identity, community and Country.
Sovereignty was never ceded. Always was, always will be Aboriginal Land.
