GEAR’d Adelaide 2026

Adelaide Leather and Fetish

GEAR’d Adelaide is a premier annual multi-day kink weekend hosted by Adelaide Leather & Fetish Inc (AL&F). Established in 2017, GEAR’d has evolved from a local community vision into a world-class cultural institution. As we celebrate our 10th Anniversary in 2026, we mark a decade of growth that has seen GEAR’d become a cornerstone of the global fetish calendar and a major headline feature of South Australia's Feast Festival.

Feast Festival acknowledges that we gather, create and celebrate on the traditional lands of the Kaurna people.
We pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging, and recognise First Nations peoples as the original storytellers, artists and custodians of this land.
We honour and respect queer First Nations communities, including Sistagirls and Brothaboys, and recognise the enduring connection between culture, identity, community and Country.
Sovereignty was never ceded. Always was, always will be Aboriginal Land.
