Minus18 Queer Formal® Adelaide 2026

Minus18

Queer Formal® returns to Adelaide this November! Join Minus18 and your LGBTQIA+ youth community on Friday 6 November for an unforgettable night of queer celebration, designed especially for LGBTQIA+ young people aged 13 to 18.

Whether you’re keen to hit the dance floor, meet new friends, or just chill out and soak up the atmosphere, this night is all about you.

✨ Wear whatever makes you feel incredible. There’s no wrong way to show up!

✨ Bring your crew, your date, or come solo. Everyone’s welcome!

✨ Be loud, be proud, be lowkey — express yourself however feels right.

The night will be packed with queer brilliance: DJs, drag, and epic performances. Expect creative activities, a hangout area to unwind, a quiet space to recharge, and heaps of ways to connect with other young people.

The stage will be Auslan interpreted, and the night will be supported by youth workers, safety angels, and first aid. Head to our registration page for full accessibility details and our Access Guide.

This event will be alcohol, vape, smoke, and drug-free – built with love for LGBTQIA+ youth. Whether it's your first time or your fifth, Queer Formal is your night to shine.

Tickets are FREE and registration is essential — but they book out fast, so don’t miss out!
