South Australia’s premier LGBTQIASB+ arts and cultural festival.
For over 29 years, Feast has created space for queer artists, communities, venues, producers, performers, activists, party-makers, storytellers, and audiences to gather, celebrate, create, connect, protest, and be seen.
Every “Pridevember”, Feast Festival transforms South Australia with a vibrant mix of theatre, cabaret, drag, comedy, visual art, music, workshops, film, parties, exhibitions, talks, nightlife, and community events.
Feast Festival is an open-access festival, supported by curated initiatives driving meaningful engagement in YOUR events. The Festival is shaped by YOU – the artists, venues, producers, and communities.

About Feast Festival
Feast Festival is South Australia’s premier LGBTQIASB+ arts and cultural festival, bringing together a vibrant mix of queer artists, performers, venues, communities, and audiences from across South Australia and beyond.
Presented annually across Pridevember, Feast celebrates queer creativity in all its forms through a dynamic mix of curated and open-access programming.

Since 1997, Feast Festival has created spaces for LGBTQIASB+ communities to gather, celebrate, protest, create, connect, and be seen.
Whether you’re presenting your first event, testing a new idea, touring an existing work, or creating a one-night-only experience, Feast offers a platform for queer storytelling, creative expression, connection, visibility, and celebration.

Feast Festival offers a platform for LGBTQIASB+ artists, performers, communities, and creatives to share their work and events with diverse audiences from across South Australia and beyond.
Whether you’re presenting a new work, testing an experimental idea, hosting a community event, producing a late-night party, or bringing an established work to new audiences, Feast is a space for queer storytelling, creative expression, connection, visibility, and celebration.
As South Australia’s largest celebration of queer arts and culture, Feast brings together a vibrant mix of artists, audiences, venues, and communities – and we’d love for you to be part of it.

How Are We Supporting You?
Feast is committed to increasing our support and opportunities for our event organisers every year. We’re dedicated to providing you with the tools and opportunities to thrive during the festival and beyond.
In 2026 we are also offering:
BFriend Welcome Mat Program: Support and promotion for events creating welcoming and inclusive environments for LGBTQIASB+ communities
Council Registration Subsidies: Opportunities for eligible artists and events to receive subsidised registration fees thanks to participating councils.
Paid Performance Opportunities: Limited opportunities for paid performances and activations at key Feast Festival events including the Program Launch, Feast Hub, Picnic in the Park, and other festival initiatives
Marketing & Promotion: Resources, workshops, guidance, and opportunities to help strengthen audience engagement, publicity, and event visibility.
Artist and Event Support: Assistance from the Feast team with registration, Eventotron, venues, accessibility considerations, and navigating the festival process.
Community Connection: Opportunities to connect with artists, venues, producers, audiences, and queer communities across South Australia and beyond.
Registration Process
If you want to be part of Feast Festival in 2026, you must complete your registration by the deadline, 30th of June, providing all the information requested. As of 2023, Feast has used Eventotron for all event registrations, a helpful document can be located here.
You will need the following items to complete your registration:
1. Your Event Information
Including your event title, descriptions, dates, ticket pricing, accessibility information, artist details, and promotional images.
2. A Confirmed Venue
You’ll need a confirmed venue, proposed dates, and basic venue details to complete your registration. If you’re still looking for a space, Feast can help connect you with participating venues.
3. Your Registration Fee
Once your registration is complete and submitted, you’ll be prompted to finalise payment through Eventotron.
Registration Fees
To be a part of Feast Festival, you’ll need to pay a registration fee. The fee will be payable when your registration on Eventotron has reached 100%, your registration will not be completed until you have paid this.
Fees vary based on the size of the listing you want published in the printed program.
Use your event listing to show off your beautiful image and compelling copy! You will have the following options:
Early Bird Registration Fees

1/4 Page: $180
1/2 Page: $360
Standard Registration Fees
(from 1 June – 30 June 2026)
1/4 Page: $200
1/2 Page: $400

Council Subsidies
A number of councils across South Australia support participation in Feast Festival by offering registration subsidies for eligible artists and events.
These subsidies help reduce financial barriers for artists, activate local communities, and support queer arts and culture across South Australia.
City of Campbelltown
Subsidy Details
Registration subsidy of $180 per eligible event
Available to: artists who are residents of the City of Campbelltown presenting within the local community or
are non-residents, to exhibit and showcase their work at a venue in The City of Campbelltown (venue fees apply)
Feast Festival will manage the subsidy directly through the registration system.
City of Charles Sturt
Subsidy Details
Registration subsidy of $150 per eligible event
Available to: Applies to events located within the City of Charles Sturt council area
Feast Festival will manage the subsidy directly through the registration system.
City of Norwood Payneham & St Peters
Subsidy Details
Registration subsidy of $145 per eligible event
Available to: Applies to events located within the NPSP council area
Feast Festival will manage the subsidy directly through the registration system.
City of Port Adelaide Enfield
Subsidy Details
Registration subsidy of $200 per eligible event
Available to: Applies to events located within the City of Port Adelaide Enfield council area
Feast Festival will manage the subsidy directly through the registration system.
City of Prospect
Subsidy Details
Registration subsidy of $200 per eligible event
Available to: Applies to artists who are residents of the City of Prospect presenting within the local community or
are non-residents, to exhibit and showcase their work at a venue in The City of Prospect (venue fees apply)
Feast Festival will manage the subsidy directly through the registration system.
City of Marion
Subsidy Details
Registration subsidy of $180 per eligible event
Available to: Applies to events located within the City of Marion council area
Feast Festival will manage the subsidy directly through the registration system.
City of Unley
Subsidy Details
Registration subsidy of $150 per eligible event
Available to: Applies to events located within the City of Unley council area
Feast Festival will manage the subsidy directly through the registration system.
How Do I Access a Council Subsidy?
If you believe your event is eligible for a council registration subsidy, please complete your Eventotron registration as normal.
When you reach the payment stage, do not finalise payment immediately. Instead, please email: katherine @ feast.org.au
Please include:
• Your event name
• The council subsidy you are applying for
• And any relevant eligibility information
The Feast Festival team will review eligibility and, where applicable, allocate the subsidy directly through Eventotron before payment is finalised.
Please note
• Subsidies are limited and subject to council funding caps
• Eligibility requirements vary between councils
• Subsidies cannot be guaranteed until confirmed by Feast Festival
