Feast Festival events are safe and inclusive spaces.
Entry to any Feast Festival event is subject to the following conditions:
Tickets. You must present your e-ticket, in print or on your mobile device, for scanning at the entrance. If you do not have an e-ticket, you must register online before entry. Only registered ticket holders will be admitted to the designated session.
Event times. You must leave promptly at the designated closing time. Entry after the advertised start or closing time may be refused unless we have authorised it in advance.
Right to refuse entry. We reserve the right to refuse entry without explanation, and to remove any person whose behaviour we consider unsafe, disruptive, offensive, discriminatory, or in breach of these conditions, without refund or compensation.
Age restrictions and children. Some events are 18+ and photo ID may be required. Children accompanying you remain your responsibility at all times. You must supervise them, ensure the event is suitable for them, and comply with any age restrictions on the event listing. We may refuse entry to minors at events we consider unsuitable, or where licensing conditions require it.
Illness. If you have cold or flu-like symptoms, such as fever, cough, sore throat, or general unwellness, do not attend. If symptoms become evident at the event, we may ask you to leave.
Laws and directions. You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, health directions, and venue rules in effect at the date, time, and place of the event, and follow the reasonable directions of Feast Festival staff, venue staff, and security.
Photography and filming by us. By entering the event, you consent to Feast Festival and parties authorised by us (including photographers, videographers, media, and sponsors) capturing photographs, video, and audio of you and any children or others under your care. These images and recordings may be used, published, and reproduced by us and parties approved by us, without payment or further notice, for promotion, marketing, archival, and reporting purposes across any media, including print, digital, social media, and broadcast. If you do not wish to be photographed, tell our staff or the photographer on arrival and we will take reasonable steps to accommodate you, though we cannot guarantee you will not appear in wide or incidental crowd footage.
Photography and filming by you. Photography, filming, or audio recording for commercial purposes, or any transmission or livestreaming from the event space, requires our prior written consent. Personal photography may be restricted at some events; follow signage and staff directions. Never photograph other attendees without their consent.
Prohibited items. Weapons, dangerous items, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited. Bag searches may be conducted as a condition of entry or during the event. Refusal of a search may result in refusal of entry without refund.
Cancellation beyond our control. An event may be cancelled, interrupted, or ended early due to weather, safety hazards, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In that case your entitlement is limited to a ticket to a replacement event if one is scheduled, or a refund of the ticket price if the event is cancelled and not rescheduled.
Entry at your own risk. You enter and participate at your own risk, particularly in activities involving an element of physical risk. Follow all signage and instructions for your safety and the safety of others.
Liability for your conduct. You indemnify Feast Festival against all actions, claims, demands, costs, and damages arising from your acts or omissions at the event, and you must compensate us on request for the cost of repairing or replacing facilities or equipment you damage.
Contact details. Where required by government-mandated safety or welfare measures, or to enforce these conditions, you must provide your name, email address, and contact number on request.
