Evolve Love invites participants into this heart-centered state through guided breathing and real-time biofeedback. Sensors measure individual heart rate coherence, creating a collective field. As coherence rises, the environment responds—lights glow more brightly, and immersive soundscapes unfold, evoking feelings of love, unity, and gratitude.

Inspired from the research from the HeartMath® Institute demonstrates that heart-centered breathing—combined with the generation of positive emotions—can enhance clarity, wellbeing, and overall performance. In this state of coherence, the body, mind, and spirit align in harmonious balance. Through learning to regulate emotions from a calm, intuitive center, individuals can elevate their personal coherence. When practiced collectively, this shared coherence strengthens the group’s energetic field, reconnecting us to ourselves, each other, and the Earth.

Sessions run for 15 minutes and accommodate multiple participants at a time. By integrating biofeedback technology into generative art, Evolve Love transforms heart data into a collaborative, meditative sensory performance—offering a unique experience of emotional connection, collective presence, and vibrational harmony.
