Yozi: No Babies In The Sauna

Yoz has been called many things - a fever dream wizard, an instrument of distraction, a hot piece of sass - but never a 'rule breaker', and for good reason. This by-the-book bad binch holds one rule above all others: NO BABIES IN THE SAUNA.

Every rule has a reason, every caution sign has a cautionary story, and every baby has to GET OUT OF THE SAUNA RIGHT NOW.

Witness absurd-solo-sketch-comedy from this multi-award-winning creature like you almost-definitely have never-ever-ever seen before.

Learn More About the Artist/Producer...

Yoz is an award-winning non-binary writer, actor, comedian and voice over artist living and working on Kaurna Yerta. With a primary focus on making funnies, they've taken to stage, screen and airwaves to pour a healthy mixture of home brewed absurdity into the lives of the thirsty. Most recently they co-starred in the multi-award-winning 'You’re All Invited To My Son Samuels’s Fourth Birthday Party' for Adelaide Fringe 2022 and Melbourne Fringe 2022, and 'No Babies In The Sauna' at Adelaide Fringe 2023 and Melbourne International Comedy Festival 2023. Their most notable voice work includes bringing the titular character of Matthew Reilly’s best-selling book series, 'Scarecrow' to life, for Ice Station Live, and as co-creator and host of the award-winning Huge News for Radio Adelaide and Edinburgh Fringe in 2017-18. They like maps, video games, small dogs, trashy television, unnecessary conversations with good friends, big dogs, being warm, doing silly voices, and cats of all sizes. They thrive in the place where absurd meets serene.
